DISTILLATION: January 2023: We sought, during distillation, to extract rich and powerful compounds: stronger heating with less sorting, a large proportion of lees incorporated at the start of the vapor phase.
This method has made it possible to create exotic and exuberant aromas.
CAPACITY: 70 cL
CONSUMPTION:
Alone, on ice, in a cocktail such as a Daiquiri.
