Oléron Island, an authentic terroir :
Aged for 5 years in French old casks in a dry cellar and a further 5 years in a humid cellar, this exceptional Cognac comes from the commune of Saint-Pierre d'Oléron. The Family Estate where this Cognac was produced is now one of the largest on the island. This little-known was once an important production area. It's exceptional in many ways. The sandy soils and and salt-laden winds give the Cognac its sought-after maritime accents.
