In selecting this floral Cognac, we wanted to highlight the finesse and lightness of young XO from the Bouteville terroir, the excellence of Grande Champagne and our family style.
Iridis XO is an invitation to taste the lightness of white flowers delicately enhanced by the French Limousin oak cask.
The decoration of this decanter reflects this springtime universe, combining vine flowers and vine shoots. The decanter and its case juxtapose strength and softness, enhancing the lightness of the white flower aromas and the sweetness of a honeyed note.
On the nose and palate, the delicate aromas of iris, hyacinth and acacia are enhanced by warm, toasty and honeyed notes that reinforce its depth and intensity.
