Lionel Gardrat comes from a winegrowers family, and created Vignobles des Hauts de Talmont with his associates in 2003. Located in Bons Bois cru, its terroir is exceptional because it is on limestone cliffs overlooking the Gironde estuary. This Cognac is also remarkable as it comes only from the Colombard grape varietal in the process of Biodynamic conversion. It is finally a year 2008 vintage.
