Description

As a result, these cognacs have preserved all the aromatic richness and authenticity of their terroir of origin, their double distillation and their slow maturation in oak casks. Neither cold-filtered nor reduced, these XO cognacs are distinguished by their roundness, smoothness and expressiveness. Tasting these precious creations is an exceptional experience.

Limited Edition: 675 bottles of 50 cl.

Tasting notes:

Nose: Floral with hints of rancio.

Palate: Surprisingly sweet toffee notes followed by aromas of caramel, oak and a few herbaceous notes.

The Drouet family embodies a true tradition rooted in a love of the land and its roots. This family line has carried on these values for generations with unwavering passion, integrating them into the creation of their spirits. This holistic approach reflects not only a deep respect for the terroir, but also an authentic connection with the fundamental elements of their craft.

These values are passed down from generation to generation, enriched by experience and perseverance. Each member of the Drouet family strives to honour this legacy, in harmony with the land that nurtures the precious raw materials needed to create their spirits.

In their quest for quality and authenticity, the Drouets cultivate a unique know-how, inherited from the past and adapted to contemporary demands. Every gesture, every decision is guided by a deep respect for tradition, while constantly seeking to innovate and improve. It is this symbiosis of tradition and adaptation that makes the Drouet family's spirits so famous, and sets them apart in the marketplace.

As well as producing spirits, the Drouets embody an art of living in which love of the land and attachment to their roots are reflected in the way they cultivate lasting, caring human relationships, while preserving the environment around them. They aspire to share these values with the world, aware that respect for tradition and nature is a precious heritage to be passed on to future generations.
